Service due alert

I have a Pyronix enforcer v9 system. I have an alert on my system which says “service due” but as I change the batteries myself I do not need a annual service. I have tried accepting the alert but I can seem to remove it. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. I do have an engineers code although I have never used it.

How old is the system?
Have you changed batteries in Bell box and control panel recently?

No - they were changed about 18 months ago by the engineer who must have put a service reminder on the system
