Hi Chaps,
Does anyone know anything about the newer servowarm units from 2000 ish. Mum has one which only does the heating. Its taking about 5 mins to start and while it trys to start the pilot is always on. The burner comes on and then goes of cycling through its burner light and burner not light for 5 mins. But as i say the pilot is always on. Could it be a capacitor on the controller pcb? Once its started and running it doesn't have the same problem restarting again. Only when its cold.
Any ideas?

Thanks

Glen

is this the elite 21 by any chance. if so its an electronic ignition, system boiler. can you see the the flames your talking about or is it a fault code your seeing.

A supreme with a tempus one programer. Then behind the master radiator on the hing is a circuit board on an upright in a metal housing. The top and bottom of that housing is open. And i can see a board. There is a flex which is giong down to the gas unit.
Cant see any error codes. As i say the burner keeps lighting and going out for the five mins but the pilot stays on all the time when I switch it on.
And yes it is electronic ignition. After the 5 mins it works fine...
