Hi

Just come across a property where the guttering is a shallow concrete, lead lined type, its on a end of terrace house, the start of the fall. When it has been raining as it has now, the water is cascading over the sides and causing big damp issues on the inner leaf.
Just wondered if anyone has any ideas on how to alleviate the problem with it being a terrace and linked to the other properties. there is no downpipe or drain below which is an option we looked at for the customer.
Thanks
Ian

We've just done one of these, lined it with epdm, tiles off and a good 600mm up the roof, rubber held on the front edge with a powdercoated ali trim drilled and plugged to the conc gutter edge. I can give u my suppliers details for them to supply u with the whole kit.

Hi Mw
