How far should a shaver socket. 110v be from a basin. Thanks.

far enough that it will not get splashed, and the lead cannot fall in the basin. That would be "not suitable."

is there a fixed bath or shower in the room?

There's a shower yes.

They have to be over 600mm from the edge of the bath. Outside zone 2. Is there no measurement given for a basin and shaver.

but may be in zone 2

Basins do not have zones. Fixed baths and showers have zones.
