Evening all, just joined this so please don't kill me if the question has already been asked!!

I am getting my shed delivered on Friday size is 12ft by 10ft, no windows and a slanted roof....

I will be using this for a lot of painting as I refurbish car wheels, previously used the garage but now getting more room for myself in the shed.

I'll need to insulate it but I what will be the best products to use? I'm guessing whatever I use I out onto the beams coming down to leave an air gape tween the insulation and the side of the shed and then ply board over the top?

Any help would be great!!

Polythene sheet to inside wall then insulation, rock wool? and then board with osb cheaper than ply. Will not be warm unless heated though. Seems a little small for spraying paint around unless you have good air extraction.
