Shiplap cladding panels

Hi Guys
Can i put Shiplap cladding straight over my Xtratherm insilation in my Shed / Office?

No, you need a breather membrane (to stop the insulation/substructure getting wet from any rain that gets through the cladding but allows moisture out) and then vertical battens to separate the cladding form the insulation (else the cladding will rot). The cavity should be vented top and bottom too.
