Or don't bother, as the doors will already be electrically connected to the container via the substantial metal hinges. (unless the door comes off the hinges, but if that happens, bonding it to the container will be the least of your problems.)

I'd use braid, or tri-rated, ordinary 6491X won't like the repeated flexing.

Briad is what I thought was best. Recommend any in particuar ?

I believe that some containers are fitted with braided bonding at manufacture.

If long enough then the braided flexibles used between car or van engines and vehicle chassis would be a good option. Designed to carry several hundred amps when the starter operates so should carry fault currents long enough for the MCB to operate. Also designed to withstand constant vibration.

Thanks for all of your advice on this.
Just one more thing, Should I double up the third core with the armour or do I need not bother ?
Doubling up seems the better option to me.
 
Well you need to earth the armour anyway, so it'll effectively be connected together at the house end anyway.

May as well just double it up along its length.
