if you could advise us whether you are a registered electrician (with a competent persons scheme - if so which one) or somebody who is training to become an electrician.
Your questions and responses are clearly causing many of us to doubt your qualifications and competence especially as one of your ealier questions stated that you were conducting work on council property.
