I'm going to build shelving/cupboards and counter for my studio, it'll be painted finish, there will be a lot of double handling as I live on an off shore island with limited transport, so with that in mind what do you think would be my best sheet material for this and how thick, I'm thinking blockboard but then mdf which is a maybe a bit heavy?
