Should I be concerned?

I’m in the process of building my first home. The house is under construction but I have found several issues. I noticed that one of the windows were sticking and has this separation/crack in drywall. Should I express any concerns to the builder??

That's the weirdest damage I've ever seen

It looks more like somethings eaten it than a movement crack.

What do you mean by “eaten” it? I thought it was strange as well. I have had several issues during this process!

Im in agreement with Notch here, thats not a crack, if it were it would be continuous i would have thought , not sporadic like that. Looks very much like either something has been eating the wall ( a bug of some type ) , or someone was very careless with a drillbit and damaged it

Has a rat perhaps chewed it, before it was installed?
