Should I drill out 2 perps above this window?

I notice that most windows like this have gaps above them, the perps are left clear (am assuming) to allow moisture to exit.

Should I drill out 2 perps? Or maybe this is risky (I have no idea what's behind it)

If so which ones should I look to drill out (perhaps it doesn't matter I don't know)?

You could take out the brick at each end to check the state or even existence of the cavity tray and work out whether and where the weep hole might line line up with it. But if you don’t have a damp problem why bother, it doesn't look particularly exposed there.
