Should I Fix / Demolish / Replace My Porch ?

I've got a porch that runs from one side of the house across the front door and lines up with a bay window. It's like an old lean to style with wood and single glazing...Over years of neglect the wood has softened/rotted and the whole thing has worked loose from the concrete foundation with a glass panel breaking in the process.

If I'd won the lottery I'd get someone in and cough up for a new modern double glazed, security one buty I haven't

What are the cheapest options to sort it out, try and fix up what's already there with new wood/glass for old, knock it down and support the roof above somehow plus get a new security front door or try to find some kind of cheap/second hand double glazed replacement ?

Any advice would be appreciated with an idea of the costs involved.

Thanks
