Should I use caulk on these windows?

As the question states, and if yes, what kind of caulk?
Does it matter if they're bathroom or room windows ? e.g. silicon-based or other

Caulk will go mouldy, you need silicone.

There are paintable silicones available

Pointless useing anything till they are made good and painted.
