Shower/Bidet Toilets

A separate bidet is a lot cheaper, more functional and a lot easier to install.
As long as you have the space.

Agreed. Did just that in our previous two homes.

Unfortunately not possible in the current house. So the Purificare bidet toilet it was. TBF my wife says a proper bidet is better for her needs, but is glad to have the bidet toilet.

I do miss the proper bidet for a good foot soak ;)

Does the Purificare not allow you to select to spray the water at the back or the front? My customer's Toto ones did. They also had heated seats, allowed you to select the water intensity and temperature. Additionally they had a fan to suck away smells. For 6 grand they will dry your bits and auto flush.

This sounds like a bargain, where your customers get it from I wonder?
Doesn't sound like a bargain to me - don't see what features the £5,000 or even £2,500 models offer over mine @ around £700 (sometime even less on offers)

Yep - it has all those features, apart from fan, heated seat and auto-flush

So now that it's been installed for a few years, how has it been? Is it still working?

I'm considering buying this one: https://www.appliancesdirect.co.uk/p/beba_24911/intelligent-toilet-beba_24911
@geoffers1 the OP hasn't been seen since 3 Nov 2024, so you may never know.

Our floor-standing equivalent is working fine.
With the filter now completely removed (we have a water softener on its cold supply). Possibly essential for hard water areas... and need 6 monthly replacement at a cost to factor in.

Otherwise all subject to the same comments as I made previously.
