This has been a headache for some time since this is a design flaw. The guy who installed this curved bath and shower door said the small cap I pointed out, under the metal hinge rail, wouldn't be a problem for water escape. It is, which I have sealed with OB-1 sealant BUT although it stopes water getting under, I can't do anything about the curved movable hinge which lets water through, and acts like a pump when opening the door sucking water under oud out. Will the flexible OB-1 sealant (20 year guarantee) be enough to withstand the curved hinge if I put some under that too otherwise I have no idea how to stop this which leaks onto the ceiling downstairs ?

As Wayners says replace the sceen seal with one like this that diectes the water into the bath rather than just sitting on the rim.
At the same time silicon down the side of the channel and around the hinge mount
