With regard to the attached pictures, is it an easy job to remove this glass shower panel? Is it a case of removing the top and bottom clamps and then easing it from the seal along the right hand edge. The shower was installed around three years ago and I have just read in the fitting instructions that the bottom of the glass panel should have had sealant applied between the glass and frame. This was never done thus water has become trapped and this is causing green mould behind the bottom seal which I cannot clean out. Removing the glass would allow me to clean off the mould and then seal the glass correctly.

Yes, it should be. Wear rubber gloves to get a good grip on the glass.
