Shower help

Hi guys

I've been directed to this site by a friend who swears by it, now I have a shower which I cannot identify and as it stands I have the following problems:
1) I cannot change from normal shower to hand held shower head as its practically seized
2) we struggle to adjust the temp on the other valve as it is soooo stiff.

I have taken it off the wall and will attach pics but my concern is my misses is pregnant and when I work away she struggles to adjust is and if she was to slip while trying to adjust it would be a nightmare

Would it be a simple case of changing cartridges?

If you can remove the valves from the wall, strip them down and clean. Often works, though I realise that is probably easier said than done!

The whole thing is only on two slip on brackets so easy to remove off

Give it a whirl then! Lube it all up with silicone grease when you reassemble.
