Hi there,
Yesterday we had some people doing some work in our bathroom and to cut a long story short they left the shower on without knowing it. Cue finding water everywhere in the bathroom when we get home, and a nice little puddle in the hallway!
Anyway, after returning the shower knob back to fully off, and mopping up the floor, we tried the both showers in the house but no water coming out at all. All that happens is a very loud, low hum coming from the boiler cupboard, where the pump is located too.
Is this just airlocked and can be reset somehow? Or could it have run dry and burnt out the motor? Dont really know too much about plumbing to be perfectly honest with you, but any insight would be great as im supposed to be going out tonight and could do with having a working shower!!!
Thanks in advance
