There are stains all over the heater can, but could you explain exactly where you're seeing water drip when the shower is running?there was a leak with the unit. as a very slow amount of water was trickling outside the shower box, but was still functional.

Please state which one(s) of the above definitions you believe apply/applies to the following apparently whimsical statement:spring vb
1 to move or cause to move suddenly upwards or forwards in a single motion
4 (intr) to come, issue, or arise suddenly
7 to happen or cause to happen unexpectedly: to spring a surprise; the boat sprung a leak
...bearing in mind that the shower unit in question is a Newteam/Bristan 'ten.three'.You've obviously never had one ot those spring into action...Could the PRV have operated?![]()
No - just pointing out that the verb "to spring" is used in many situations where there is no "spring n" involved.I see; it's dictionary time. It appears that you're in the mood for being precise.

What difference does that make?...bearing in mind that the shower unit in question is a Newteam/Bristan 'ten.three'.
I did. Then, perhaps you could state whether or not you intended, by your use of the word "obviously", to imply that the PRD could not have operated.
Because the description of the leak was a small trickle. If you did, then please state why you think the operation of the PRD on this shower unit is an obvious event.
I wasn't.If you were mistaken about the obviousness, then it would be interesting to know how you came to make such a mistake.
It wasn't.If it was an attempt to mislead, i.e. a pretence of knowing more than you do, then it would be interesting to know why you think it's socially acceptable for you do that.
Could you also let us know how long you intend to continue behaving like this - there may be some people who would appreciate guidance on whether to click this:If it transpires that you were behaving like a "tw@" (sic.) or a "w*nker" (sic.), then it would be interesting to know whether or not you agree that it's acceptable to consider you to be a pathetic hypocrite and to tell you to "**** off" (sic.).
