Hi, I hope you can help me with this one,
I wish to install a second electric shower, in ireland the standard service size is only 60A so the two showers cannot be switched on together.
I was hoping to use a 4 pole contactor to solve the problem (it has been suggested to me). 1. How exactly does this work? do the shower pull cords switch the contactor? (1.5 twin brown suffice?)
Does that mean that if the downstairs pull cord is left on the upstairs one will not work? (not a problem, just wondering!)
Any help with the wiring would be much appreciated.
Thanks for any help
Declan.
