45A is right on the limit for 10.8Kw @ 240V. You'll be better off with a 50A MCB, but this depends on your CU capabilities/capacity.
Also you need to ensure there is no thermal insulation along the cable run and no high ambient temperature otherwise the calcs will need confirming.
