Shower spray collects on flat tiled surround

Currently the design of my bath/shower means that water tends to pool in the corners of the shower between the bath and wall. Does anyone have any ideas what could help?

I can only imagine that the tiles are not tilted sufficiently.

There's no way those tiles are ever going to drain into the bath as the bath rim is higher than the tiles. You either need to sit in the bath when you shower or get one of those round shower curtain rails so that you can shower inside a shower curtain.
