SHOWER TEMP!!!

Can anyone enlighten me as to the causes of a Shower temperature constantly going hot and cold! Its a mixer shower and I have a combi boiler!!

Ah, an interesting one this. I think the most usual fault is the combi boiler secondary heat exchanger being clogged up.

I assume you me with scale?? Am in a hard water area. Anything can be done?

Which combi?
The more problematic scale is usually the stuff on the primary (boiler) side of the secondary (hot water) heat exchanger (dhwhe). The secondary side can be affected with limescale, which usually reduces the flow of water.

Some combi/thermostatic mixer combinations interact with each other too.
