my sons shower the water is freezing he just had a new pump fitted for the boiler and the water was turned off someone said it could be the water pressure and it needs turning up for the shower to get hot could this be true

I wonder what sort of boiler he has. Maybe it is a combi or maybe he has a cylinder.

I wonder what the pump does.

I wonder if it is a thermostatic shower, and if it is driven by a pump. Presumably it is not an electric shower.
