What do you put on your Yorkshire puddings?...

steak stewed in red wine and a few herbs with a few tatties and some veg on the side

I like the big ones with beef,roast potatoes,veg,and lashings of gravy...same with the individual ones. Or saved for afters with jam or butter and sprinkled with sugar.

I tried to explain to some Yanks and Aussies the other week...but I don't think they managed to make 'em rise properly and they weren't impressed.
