Joe, you talk right out of your @rse. It isn't 90% of claimants that are not disabled. It's abouit 95% of claimants that have been
assessed by ATOS , as being able to work. (there's a big difference between being disabled and being able to work)
The ATOS assessment does not involve a doctor. It involves an interviewer reading from a script, designed to ensure that no pertinent medical questions are asked at all. Absolute *******s.
Years ago I used to help look after a blind lady, who was assessed by Social Security as to whether she could have a home help. A young lad turned up and asked her to make a cup of tea. She managed to overfill an electric kettle, boil it and pour boiling water into a cup until it overflowed. She then put in milk (again overflowing) I tried to intervene but was told I couldn't) Anyone with half a brain could see she was putting herself at risk of being scalded, but no I couldn't even tell her when the kettle or cup was full. After she had "made" the cup of tea, I asked the young man if he'd clean up the worktop and floor. "Oh no I'm only here to do the assessment. You can do that after I've gone."

Needless to say she was assessed as having no need for any help at home.
Having said that, I'm sure that you would like a return to the "workhouse " of Victorian times. You show no sympathy (nor empathy) for anyone.
PS as for your earlier reply asking why my partner should claim anything at all for her disability, I can tell you that she worked full time for almost 40 yrs before her illness rendered her unable to work. So 40yrs worth of contribution to the economy of this country counts for nothing? I sincerely hope that when you come to retirement age, that the old age pension has been scrapped, your payments into the system count for absolutely nothing and you don't receive a penny off the government to see you through to your death. I too hope your private or company pension is further reduced through taxation to take you into poverty level. A more fitting end to your life, there could not be.
