Our washer dryer does not dry at all. It appears to leak water back into the dispenser drawer from the safety overflow pipe every time the pump activates - about every 30 seconds when dryer is working. The overflow pipe goes from top corner of dispenser drawer to the junction of the pipe up from pump and the exit of the drain hose. Siemans engineer didn't seem to know why it did that and didn't know what to do with the problem. Should it have a non return valve or something on it to stop it happening. The machine is about 10 years old, but in great nick as not used that often over the years, so don't want to replace it if it is simple…
