Sika Acoubond and adhesive

Has anyone installed solid wood flooring with this? I just wondered if you only apply adhesive to the pre cut outs in the mats or do you need any additional bead of adhesive next to the wall /skirting boards, as well as between new runs of the mat?

The instructions seem. little vague to me.
