silent bathroom switch

Is here such a thing as a silent bathroom switch + pull cord ?

I do not seem to be able to find one on the web - plenty of switches but they do not seem to be silent.

I whipped mine out as it was VERY ruddy noisy, and replaced it with a round ceiling mounted PIR. All you get is a very quiet click, and no more hunting for the damn cord in the dark..

The dimming bathroom pullcords are much much quieter as they use a microswitch, as good as silent.
