Silicone bead against mosaic

Hi

Just wondering if anyone here has some pro tip on silicone sealing around a tiled area. I'm trying to get an en-suite shower cubical correct but it is tiled with mosaic. Using a silicone profiling tool, is there a way to get a level finish as the tool wants to drop down into each grout line?
