Single Integrated Oven to Replace a Double Oven

I have a Wren kitchen (10 years old) and it was fitted with a double oven - it was fitted in a 600mm void that had side panels inserted on each side and and an oven 'bracket' that it rested on. I've taken it out and fitted the new NEFF without issue, however as the NEFF is a single there is not a 125mm gap at the top. I was wondering if there was any DIY tips for dealing with this - I can't get a Wren single oven housing as they no longer do the model/colour of my kitchen, and I can't seem to find any other cheap housing that matches Wren's sizing (the plinth at the bottom is quite large and the actual cupboard area is 720mm).

In terms of new one it slides in fine (all be it a touch snug) so I was thinking I could get a new oven bracket like the £11 one from IKEA and raise it so it is flush with the top, moving the gap to the bottom - but the question is what to do with the bottom gap that is only around 125 high (unless I cut into the plinth but I would prefer not to). Any suggestions or links to something, has anyone else done a similar DIY transformation to their under worktop oven? I've considered a warming drawer but they are all 140mm high, I've wondered about some kind of homemade drawer for baking trays, or even just some wood to make a shelf, but I'm not sure what would be the easiest one to do and look the best...

If anyone has any advice or images of what they've done similar I'd be grateful...

Look on eBay for a similar wren door, or cupboard front to yours. Cut to size, Iron on edging. And place over the hole.

Tried that, not sure if I'm not using the right terminology but I can't find any the right size that aren't stupidly expensive or only available to trade or as part of a full kitchen purchase... I'll keep Googling...

No luck finding a match, but colour wise I'd be happy with a similar colour or even just black/graphite to go with the oven, it will be low down near the floor under the oven so not exactly on show...
