The wall between myself and my neighbour will soon be coming down, as its so wobbly, I'm surprised its holding itself up!
The new wall will be the wall for my garage.
I've noticed next doors garden is 6" or so higher than mine.
The floor level will be coming up 3", leaving around 3 inches of soil against the wall.
What could I do to the first course to stop water seeping in?
The floor will have a dpm and wall a dpc.
