Hi the floors getting boarded on Saturday so once down it wont be accessible at the 110ml pipe end . What alternate option is there ?

No great options if there isn't room. Always fit the soil pipes/wastes before the water pipes, the soil should just have had a bend straight up to the wc position and then just a bent pan connector into that.

Plumber that was doing waste was meant to be coming thursday, I had to get the water side done due to having to go into work , so had to do it b4 , I might re do that bend I did, to accept the knuckle.
