Sink not draining, but no blockage?????

It has to go under the floor and out the side of the house. From there is goes along and then joins a downpipe, which goes into the ground.
Surely if the blockage was there then the shower and bath would be affected too?
At risk of stating the bloomin' obvious, but your blockage is between the downcomer outside and the sink.
The joints on the drain pipe may be compression (where there are hand grips for you to unscrew), push fit (where the pipe is tightly pushed into bends, etc) or solvent welded (the pipes and couplings are glued together permanently). The first two can be parted easily - the last one can't.
If your hosepipe won't shift anything, you may have to cut into the pipe at a convenient point, get in there with a hose or flexible drain unblocking rod and reconnect again using a compression coupling - similar to Screwfix 11980. Your drain size will be 40mm.
