Hi, i am going to plaster over a wall in my bathroom that has been painted with that "kitchen and bathroom" paint. Just wondering if i can just pva it as normal, or do i need to do anything else to make it stick?

GET A STANLEY KNIFE AND RUN IT OVER THE WALL MAKING LIGHT SCRATCHES ON THE SURFACE. THEN SEAL WITH PVA 3 PARTS PVA TO 1 PART WATER LEAVE TO DRY. prior TO SKIMMING PVA WITH 1 PART PVA TO 3 PART WATER , APPLY skim COAT WHILE PVA STILL TACKY
