hi what do you use skirting board to plaster board

Assuming you mean what do you use to FIX skirting board to plasterboard, I would say something like Gripfill or Pinkgrip. I always like to add a few screws/nails into the studs where possible as some other grab adhesives regularly fail.
I use gripfill white, can be used to fill and glue to plasterboard.
