Slanting door help!!

Hi everyone,

Have a bit of a shocker!!! I have tried to hang a new door (both an internal door to our living room and a cupboard I have built) on both of these I am having the same problem and I have no idea how to fix it (I have tried everything I can think off!!)

On both doors the top of the door closes fully and properly, but the bottom of the door is sticking out and doesn't close up against the door stop. How the bleeding heck do you fix it?

Her are some images of both doors.

I thought it would be as simple as moving the hinge closer to the stop to bring the whole door closer, but it doesn't seem to have an affect at all.

That or the frame is cross legged
