Slating around soil pipe

Just trying to think of the best way to slate around this soil pipe and avoid water getting into the roof around where It meets the roof. It already has old lead flashing around it, but I can't quite decide if it needs another piece which sits underneath thr slate above but overlaps tthe one below.

Any suggestions?

The standard lead weathering slate seems to b around 450mm so probably enough slate.

But how would I get that round the pipe, it goes all the way up to th top of the house

You need a retrofit pipe flashing but not sure if one exists that works for tiled or slate roofs.

a dektite split retro fit collar

not sure if they do one suitable for slate
