Sliding door frames

I want to build an En suite in a bedroom and would like to use a sliding door to reduce space. I cannot find where to get the framework for the walls to take the sliding door. I guess I want a steel frame to keep the total wall thickness to 100mm approx. I will need a front and end piece as the En suite will not stretch the complete width of the room.

Have you thought about Bi-fold door?

By the way you are describing it I assume you want the door to slide into a stud wall, in which case these people do the gear.
