sliding site table saw?

Just saw on that DIY SOS show a brilliant table saw..

it's a site variety , IE it's portable, fold down legs etc..

but it does cross cut by sliding the blade forwards...

absolutely brilliant idea... anyone know where they sell them..

no idea on the make..

Elu used to make one before B&D (DeWalyt) took them over, but that in turn was a copy of the Elektra-Beckum (now Metabo) Erika. Festool also make a machine with a similar action

not like that big-al, but thanks for trying..

the actual blade moved.. but was mounted under as a rip/table saw, not on top as a cross cut saw..

that'sobviously the successor to the Erika. Metabo (a hand power tool firm) bought out E-B (a static power tool firm) a few years back and have rebadged most things, now. Nice to see the Erika concept is still alive after 25 or more years
