I've seen a few threads on this subject, but in my particular case, the fill valve is a side-entry.
The toilet was fitted 10 years ago and is the main family bathroom, let's just say it gets plenty of use. Over the last few weeks it's taking a good 6-7 mins to refill after flushing.
I had a similar issue with a downstairs toilet, and the fix for that was to replace the diaphragm washer. However, this valve (pics attached) is a different type.
I don't know if the side-entry fill valve has a diaphragm fitted, or even if this valve has any serviceable parts, in which case I might have to replace the entire fill valve (the plumber who fitted it kindly left the installation instructions in the cistern cabinet, valve is NJ313, I googled it and it's a flushdaddy fill valve).
Would I need to replace the whole fill valve? Thanks
