Hi,

I've just roofed my attached garage with onduline (bitmumen corrugated sheets) but one of the nails bent half way and created a hole about 10 mm across.

Do I repair this the same way I would felt, with some mastic and maybe repair tape?

Cheers!
Carl

Yes either a good quality external brand or Roof & Gutter seal would do.

Thanks, will try sealant, though the sheets are on decking so not easy to get under. Might have to push something through the hole first so the sealant has support.

If you have any offcuts you could always glue a patch over the hole with felt adhesive.
I have roofed a couple of sheds with this type of material and used screws with large penny washers.
Just as another point the supplier I got my sheets from had onduline and coroline which are pretty much the same but made by different firms. It all looks the same but there is a slight difference in profile , the two don't fit together perfectly.
