Note that although it doesn’t need an expansion vessel, it does seem to need a pressure relief valve, tundish and discharge pipe.

Loads. The 3kw ones are perfect for handwashing in occasionally used spaces, the 10kw ones can run a usable shower. Beware of the 3 phase ones unless you have a 3 phase supply. Google is your friend here as is Ebay

Guess it all comes down to what you want it for and what you would be happy with in terms of how hot and how much of a flow of water you want
Dafi- been trying to remember that name all day. I've got 2 of the 3kw ones (one in the garage, one in the downstairs loo). You don't get a massive flow rate but does handwashing perfectly
