When the biggest gas emergency service provider refuses to work on them and gets permission from the regulator because of the amount of breakdowns and costs associated tells you they havent got it quite right

I see nothing wrong with a meter doing that, perhaps you think hot-wiring to bypass a meter is legitimate, if you cannot afford the bill?

Gosh, after repeatedly not paying for the electric they have used, fee dodging customers are asked to pay for electric they intend using?
