If she needs to spit she can do it in the previous days tomato soup which she is warming up, (again!), and by adding a few rotten vegetables calling it Todays Special Soup of the Day!

Its a long bike ride to Wigan from Bristol!

I work on the outskirts of the town centre but the odd time I've been nearer its a busy place with narrow roads. If you let me know where about the course is I'll try to find out a bit more from the locals.

I`m trying to get it done via internet. Only a refresher, cannot see the point in going all that way to be told what I know anyway just for another certificate.
