Smoke back arada

Anyone got an arada farringdon 5kw
Having bad smoke back problems since brand new.seems to be very restricted.been smoke bombed and draws fine.6inch 904 liner with bird guard
I've taken 2nd baffle out and seems to be better but seems to be very restricted any suggestions thanks

Hi, we are having the same problem with the Farringdon burner, everything seems fine, draw etc from test point above burner but smoke pours into the room when we open the door. Have you found a solution at all?
