Hi I am having trouble with my HRM boiler which is regularly serviced (last time about one month ago) but is smoking really badly. I called the engineer and he checked it out and he did a final smoke test and it was all ok. But now after only a day it is smoking again, You can actually see it coming out of the exhaust. Any ideas.

Are you sure it is smoke and not a "Plume".
If it is smoke . Get your boiler man back, as he has obviously got it wrong.
