Soakaway and drainage pipes - what do BC want to see?

Been digging today, got my Soakaway installed and some of the trenches for the sewerage pipes...but what will BC want to see in terms of stage of completeness.

For the pipes I was going to put the pea shingle in and then actually run all the pipes and manholes, but not cover them over.

For the Soakaway I’m not sure if I should backfill the sides and leave just the top exposed, or just leave it without any back fill?

Id welcome any advise please?

BC will want to see the soakaway hole and the pipework leading to it, with the pipework half submerged in pea gravel.

They would want to see the depth, plus the width and length, possibly the ground stratas before you add the anti silting layer, the pipes laid and bedded (but not covered), and the pipe entry and discharge point.
