Socket earth wire and sleeve

Hello all

I'm just converting a single wall socket into a double and the old socket lacked any earth from the socket to the back box.

What size and type of wire do I need and where can I buy it in such a small quantity?

It is not a requirement.

If you want to, any bit of wire will do - green and yellow if you have some.
