soft top leaks

Hi All

just joined, so hello and merry Xmas!

I am looking to buy a soft top car (MG). I have found one and though the roof looks in good order, it has no tears or rips, it drips over e.g the hand break area.

The car is over 10 years old and I don't think the roof has ever been treated. Are there any products that can be applied to the roof to seal it or is it too late for that?

Any help would greatly appreciated

Take a look at renovo products they are very good, sounds like you have already checked it for holes etc

I have been looking at Renovo® Ultra Proofer, would that be the one?

Not too sure to be honest I know you need to check if the roof is vinyl as some products are not suitable for this, maybe worth giving a stockist a call to find out
